Personal Information Collected in Emails & Web Forms
Personally identifying information that you provide by sending us an email and/or web forms you submit will be used only for the purposes described at the point of collection, such as to send information or products to you, process your application, or fulfill a donation. If you provide contact information, Concord Hill will only use this information to conduct official school business. In addition, our Site contains forms or pages that may enable you to make a financial transaction, such as a donation. In such instances, we will collect personal data from you to facilitate the transaction you have chosen. Such information provided through our Site for such transactions is protected via Secure Socket Layer (SSL), a data encryption technology. Like most schools, we use an outside credit card processing company to process credit card transactions. The company that processes the credit card transaction does not retain, share, store, or use information for any purpose other than to provide billing services. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone other than the Concord Hill School and the payment processor to securely process this transaction.

This data includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date and time information, and links you click.
