One of the most genuine ways that an independent school can demonstrate its commitment to equity is through the kind of financial assistance it provides. Economic diversity is a priority to Concord Hill, and we are proud to be able to provide need-based financial assistance to our families. One hundred percent of families who apply for financial assistance receive a financial aid award, which extends to our after school programming as well as school events. Financial aid awards are included in the enrollment and re-enrollment process.
We are committed to making a Concord Hill education accessible to families from a wide variety of economic backgrounds and welcome all families to apply for financial assistance. Concord Hill utilizes School and Student Services (SSS) , a confidential financial-aid assessment platform to gather pertinent information and uses their calculation as a guide in determining a family’s contribution. Financial assistance applications are confidential and are only reviewed by the Financial Assistance Committee. Admission and enrollment decisions are made without regard to whether a family has applied for financial assistance.
To apply for financial assistance:
- Create an account and/or log-in to the SSS website to submit a Parent Financial Statement.
- Submit 2023 Federal Income Taxes
- Most current 2024 paystub from each employed member in the household
For re-enrolling current families, no later than January 6, 2025
For prospective families, no later than February 3, 2025
You will also be required to submit a copy of your 2024 Federal Income Tax Return to the Concord Hill Financial Assistance Committee by May 1, 2025.

Concord Hill School offers financial assistance to promote and maintain socioeconomic diversity within our school community.
The Board of Trustees establishes funds to aid those families who require financial assistance in order to meet tuition costs. All financial aid awards are need-based and must be applied for annually.
When awarding financial assistance, we prioritize currently enrolled families. Families who have a change in financial circumstances during the school year may also apply for financial assistance; the Financial Assistance committee will review any new information and decisions will be based on family need and the school's resources.
Concord Hill's policy is to offer partial awards, only. We expect all families, regardless of financial status, to fully participate in the life of the school—including assistance with our fundraising and community-building events—to the best of their ability.
Applications for Admission and Financial Assistance are independent of one another and are considered without regard to race, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, ancestry, family composition, economic status, or disability.
