Join us for a Concord Hill Summer! It will be full of fun, curiosity, and adventure. Our camps are designed to bring out the wonder and excitement of childhood, while also incorporating important academic and social emotional elements that will help young learners make the most of their summer.
Campers will travel back in time as they learn about animals that walked the Earth in Prehistoric times. Each day they will learn about a new animal and about the scientists who study them, paleontologists.
What young child doesn’t love playing in the dirt? In this camp, we will parlay that love into a mini-history lesson where students will have a hands-on gardening experience as they learn about the Victory Gardens of WWII and today.
Campers will explore the meaning and traditions of the Olympics as they create their own torch lighting ceremony, participate in games, create flags, and even make medals. This camp will emphasize key elements of sportsmanship (sportspersonship) by encouraging children to do their best, be resilient, and support others.
