How to Apply
PARENT ZOOM VISIT
As part of our admissions process, all parents are required to schedule a visit. The parent visit is scheduled from September through January. If you choose to submit an application, you may do so before or after your visit.
Although each application is due by January 31, 2021, along with a non-refundable application fee of $65, made payable to Concord Hill School, we accept applications throughout the year.

Student visits are scheduled in January and February and are required.
Children applying to Preprimary, Primary, and Kindergarten attend an informal play session with fellow applicants. Applicants for First, Second, and Third Grades spend a morning at school participating with students in their current grade.
Parents will be notified by mail with the date of their child’s visit and are asked to confirm this information by phone. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-town applicants.
Teacher recommendation forms for Preschool–Grade 1 and Grades 2–3 must be completed by your child’s current teacher and submitted to Concord Hill by January 31, 2021. We ask that parents direct the child's teacher to this page to complete the appropriate Teacher Recommendation form. Teachers will need to download the form, complete, and then save the information. Once saved, the teacher should email or print and send the form to email@example.com.
Parents of children applying to First, Second, and Third grades must also request that their child’s transcripts be sent to Concord Hill by January 31, 2021. Download our Transcript Release Form.
Although additional formal admission testing is not required by Concord Hill School, you may share WPPSI, WISC, and other scores with us if you choose.
FINANCIAL AID FORMS
Parents applying for financial aid should complete and submit the appropriate forms either online or by mail through the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The deadline for submission is January 31, 2021.
Decision letters are announced on March 5, 2021.
New student enrollment contracts are due March 19, 2021, with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500, which will be applied to your child’s tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed student contract.
