How to Apply
Parent visits are scheduled from September through January, and include a personal tour with the Director of Admission.
Our Admission Viewbook, including our Application, is provided during your parent visit so that we can review the application process with you and address your immediate questions.
Each application is due by January 31, with a non-refundable fee of $65 made payable to Concord Hill School.

Student visits are scheduled in January and February.Children applying to Preprimary, Primary, and Kindergarten attend an informal play session with fellow applicants. Applicants for First, Second, and Third Grades spend a morning at school participating with students in their current grade.
Parents will be notified by mail with the date of their child’s visit and are asked to confirm this information by phone. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-town applicants.
Teacher recommendation forms for Preschool through Grade 1 and Grades 2–3 must be completed by your child’s current teacher and submitted to Concord Hill by January 31. Parents, please submit recommendation forms to your child's current teachers, who will then be responsible for submitting to Concord Hill School, either via mail or email.
Parents of children applying to First, Second, and Third grades must also request that their child’s transcripts be sent to Concord Hill by January 31. Download our Transcript Release Form, here.
Although additional formal admission testing is not required by Concord Hill School, you may share WPPSI, WISC, and other scores with us if you choose.
FINANCIAL AID FORMS
Parents applying for financial aid should complete and submit the appropriate forms either online or by mail through the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The deadline for submission is January 31.
Decision letters are mailed to parents on March 1.
New student enrollment contracts are due March 15, with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500, which will be applied to your child’s tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed student contract.
