How to Apply

The first step of applying to Concord Hill School is connecting with Allie Frosina, the Director of Admission, by submitting an inquiry below. This initial step ensures that we can provide you with all of the information you need to guide you through the process.

Preprimary Age 3 by September 1
Primary Age 4 by September 1
Kindergarten Age 5 by September 1
First Grade Age 6 by September 1
Second Grade Age 7 by September 1
Third Grade Age 8 by September 1



Student visits are scheduled in January and February and are required.

Children applying to Preprimary, Primary, and Kindergarten attend an informal play session with fellow applicants. Applicants for First, Second, and Third Grades spend a morning at school participating with students in their current grade.


Teacher recommendation forms for Preschool–Grade 1 and Grades 2–3 must be completed by your child’s current teacher and submitted to Concord Hill by January 27, 2023.  We ask that parents direct the child's teacher to this page to complete the appropriate Teacher Recommendation form. The form should then be submitted to Allie Frosina, Director of Admission at

Parents of children applying to First, Second, and Third grades must also request that their child’s transcripts be sent to Concord Hill by January 27, 2023. Download our Records Release Form.


Although additional formal admission testing is not required by Concord Hill School, you may share WPPSI, WISC, and other scores with us if you choose.


Parents applying for financial aid should complete and submit the appropriate forms either online or by mail through the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The deadline for submission is January 27, 2023.


Decision letters are announced on March 3, 2023.


New student enrollment contracts are due March 17, 2023, with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500, which will be applied to your child’s tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed student contract.

Concord Hill requires that all students be immunized. An updated record of immunization is due to CHS prior to the start of each school year.
