Extended Day Program
Cub Club
Cub Club is Concord Hill School's extended day program. We offer faculty supervised activities and care for students during the afternoons until 6:00 PM for all grade levels. Students will enjoy a combination of outdoor play, planned activities, and opportunities for further investigation and learning. Cub Club is lead by Leila Rajabzadeh, CHS's Director of Auxillary Programs.
Program Options
There are a few options based on anticipated needs, times, and dates:
Cub Club Full-Time Extended Care (Mon.,Tues., Thurs., Fri.)
Times: 3:30 pm – 6 pm | *Wed. 2:30 pm – 6 pm
Pricing: $40 per day
Cub Club Part-Time Extended Care (Mon.,Tues., Thurs., Fri.)
Times: 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm | *Wed. 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Pricing: $25 per day
*NEW* Cub Club Part-Time till 5PM Extended Care (Mon.,Tues., Thurs., Fri.)
Times: 3:30 pm – 5 pm | *Wed. 2:30 pm – 5 pm (*Recommended for Preprimary & Primary students)
Pricing: $30 per day
Cub Club Enrichment *care provided after separately enrolled After School Enrichment activities
Extended Care: (Mon.,Tues., Thurs., Fri.)
Times: 4:30 pm – 6:pm | *Wed. 3:30/ 4:30 – 6 pm
Pricing: $30 per day
Drop-In care is provided for students to assist with any unexpected or temporary child-care needs should they arise. This coverage is also offered on days when our school is closed due to half-day school closures and Teacher Workdays. This service is not offered during federal holidays or extended school breaks.
*Payment Policy for Absences: You are responsible for your child’s full tuition regardless of absences due to illness, vacation, Federal holidays, and/or weather-related school closings.
Drop-In Care Options:
Cub Club Full-time (3:15 pm – 6 pm): $48
Cub Club Part-time (3:15 pm – 4:30pm or 4:430 pm – 6 pm): $35
Cub Club Full Day (Teacher Workday | 8:15 am - 4:30 pm): $100
Cub Club Half Day (early school dismissal till 4:30 pm): $65
*Cub Club billing will be via FACTS
