Admission Packet
Our admission packet—including the application form and a school viewbook—is provided during your parent visit so that we can review the application process with you and address your immediate questions.
Parent Visits
Parent visits are scheduled during September through mid-January. During your visit, you’ll tour the school with the Director of Admission and Financial Aid and meet with the school Director. Please note that our parent visits are scheduled as meetings for adults only.
Application Deadline
Each application is due by January 15 with a non-refundable fee of $60 made payable to Concord Hill School. For families located out of the area or who are unable to visit, please review our website and call the Director of Admission and Financial Aid.

Student Visits
Children applying to the Preprimary, Primary and Kindergarten classes will attend an informal play session with other applicants. Applicants for first, second and third grades spend a morning at school in the classroom at their current grade level and participate fully in the regular program.
Parents are notified by mail of the date for their child’s visit and are asked to confirm that date by phone. Special arrangements can be made for out-of-town applicants. Student visits are scheduled in January to mid-February.
Recommendation and Transcript Deadline
A Pre-School through Grade 1 or Grades 2-12 teacher recommendation form must be completed by your child’s current teacher and submitted by February 15. Parents are responsible for requesting that this form be filled out and returned directly to Concord Hill. Parents of children applying to first, second, and third grades also must request that their child’s transcripts and any available school testing results be forwarded to Concord Hill.
Testing
Additional formal admission testing is not required by Concord Hill School. You may share the WPPSI, WISC, and other scores with us if you choose.
Financial Aid Forms Deadline
Parents applying for financial aid should complete and submit the appropriate paperwork either online or via mail directly to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, NJ. The deadline for submission is January 31.
Admissions Decisions
Decision letters are mailed to parents in early March.
Enrollment Contracts
New student enrollment contracts are due in late March with a non-refundable deposit of $1000, which will be applied to your child’s tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed student contract.
