How to Apply
The first step of applying to Concord Hill School is connecting with Allie Frosina, the Director of Admission, by submitting an inquiry below. This initial step ensures that we can provide you with all of the information you need to guide you through the process.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Current CHS siblings and faculty children applications are due December 15, 2023.
All other applications are due January 12, 2024.
APPLICANT VISITS
Student visits are scheduled in January and February and are required.
Children applying to Preprimary, Primary, and Kindergarten attend an informal play session with fellow applicants. Applicants for First, Second, and Third Grades spend a morning at school participating with students in their current grade.
TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS
Teacher recommendation forms for Preschool–Grade 1 and Grades 2–3 must be completed by your child’s current teacher and submitted to Concord Hill by January 26, 2024. We ask that parents direct the child's teacher to this page to complete the appropriate Teacher Recommendation form. The form should then be submitted to admissions@concordhill.org.
Parents of children applying to First, Second, and Third grades must also request that their child’s transcripts be sent to Concord Hill by January 26, 2024. Download our Records Release Form.
ADDITIONAL TESTING
Although additional formal admission testing is not required by Concord Hill School, you may share WPPSI, WISC, and other scores with us if you choose.
FINANCIAL AID FORMS
Parents applying for financial aid should complete and submit the appropriate forms either online or by mail through the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). The deadline for submission is February 1, 2024.
ADMISSION DECISIONS
Admission decisions are announced on March 1, 2024.
ENROLLMENT CONTRACTS
New student enrollment contracts are due March 15, 2024, with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500, which will be applied to your child’s tuition. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of the completed and signed student contract.
